One case of JKa antibody difficult crossmatching

Abstract: the patient with ABO characterized by type A,Rh classification:CCDee,Kidd’s blood type:JK（a-b+）,direct antiglobulin test positive,antibody identification results of anti-JKa.In order to ensure the security of blood transfusion,the before relevant experiments should be carried out in a variety of medium,make comprehensive analysis,further improve the safety of infusion.
