Abstract: Objective:To explore the influence of acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) on routine blood indicators and blood coagulation indexes in surgery patients with ectopic pregnancy. Method:A total of 81 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were choosed as the research objects in Department of obstetrics and gynecology, the Fourth People's Hospital of Langfang City between January 2015 to August 2016. All patients were divided into ANH group (n=35) and control group (n=46). The patients in ANH group were implemented ANH and the patients in control group were carried out allogeneic blood transfusion. Hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), platelet count (PLT), fibrinogen (Fib), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), D-dimer (D-D) in venous blood were determined before the operation, after the blood dilution, before autologous blood transfusion,after autologous blood transfusion in ANH group, and compared with control group. Result:①The volume of allogeneic blood transfusion in ANH group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). ② Hb, Hct and PLT decreased after the blood dilution, before autologous blood transfusion in ANH group, and rised after autologous blood transfusion (P<0.05). ③Fib decreased after the blood dilution, before autologous blood transfusion in ANH group, and rised after autologous blood transfusion (P<0.05). APTT and D-D after autologous blood transfusion in ANH group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:ANH could reduce significantly the intraoperative loss of red blood cells and the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion in patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery, which would not cause clotting dysfunction.
