Investigation of the distribution of ABO and Rh blood groups in hospitalized patients in Xi’an Area

摘要: 目的:调查西安地区住院患者ABO和Rh血型的分布特征,把握临床用血状况,为制定合理的用血计划,及时调整血液库存提供数据支持;统计初筛RhD阴性住院患者的Rh表型,建立其表型数据库。方法:收集2012-7-2017-11西安地区93 273例住院患者ABO血型、Rh血型、初筛RhD阴性患者Rh表型的实验数据并对其进行统计分析。结果:在93 273例住院患者中,ABO血型的分布特征为B>O>A>AB,其A、B、O等位基因频率为p
P=0.898;筛检出RhD阴性患者548例,其比率为0.59%,Rh表型分布特征为ccdee>Ccdee>ccdEe>CCdee>CcdEe>ccdEE>CCdEe>CcdEE,未检出CCdEE表型,以ccee和Ccee为优势表型。RhD阴性住院患者C、c、E、e 4种Rh抗原的阳性频率由高到低依次为:e>c>C>E。结论:掌握西安地区住院患者ABO和Rh血型的分布规律,采供血机构可以根据临床用血需求有计划的进行献血员的招募、血液采集工作。建立西安地区Rh阴性住院患者Rh表型数据库,将Rh表型相配合的血液输注给Rh阴性患者,可大大减少输血反应的发生率。
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of ABO and Rh blood groups in hospitalized patients in xi'an,to grasp the status of clinical blood use,and to provide data support for the formulation of reasonable blood use plans and timely adjustment of blood inventory;the Rh phenotype in primary RhD-negative inpatients was counted and its phenotype database was established. Method:The data of ABO blood group,Rh blood group and the Rh phenotype in primary RhD-negative inpatients from 93 273 inpatients in Xi'an area from July 2012 to November 2017 were collected and analyzed statistically. Result:Among 93 273 inpatients in Xi'an,the distribution of ABO blood group was B>O>A>AB,and the frequency of A,B,O alleles was pP=0.898(P>0.05).A total of 548 Rh-negative patients were detected in 93 273 inpatients,the ratio was 0.59%,and the distribution of Rh phenotype was ccdee>Ccdee>ccdEe>CCdee>CcdEe>ccdEE>CCdEe>CcdEE,CCdEE was not detected,ccee and Cece as the dominant phenotype.The positive frequencies of 4 Rh antigens C,c,E and e in RhD negative inpatients ranged from high to low:e>c>C>E.Conclusion:To master the distribution of ABO and Rh blood groups in hospitalized patients in Xi'an,the blood collection and supply institution can conduct blood donor recruitment and blood collection according to the clinical blood demand.Establishing an Rh phenotypic database of Rh-negative hospitalized patients in Xi'an,and infusion of Rh-matched blood to Rh-negative patients,can significantly reduce the incidence of transfusion reactions.
