某三甲医院输血不良反应识别及处理情况分析

Recognition and treatment of adverse transfusion reactions in a grade A class three hospital

  • 目的:分析山东大学齐鲁医院输血不良反应发生情况,评估医护人员对输血不良反应识别能力及处理水平。方法:统计2012-01—2018-12上报输血不良反应,查阅病历和相关实验记录,最终纳入123例进行分析,并从不良反应的症状识别、反应与输血相关性及反应的严重程度3个方面进行评估。结果:123例输血不良反应中男65例(52.8%),女58例(47.2%);包含不同反应症状147例,其中有发热症状42例(28.6%),过敏症状72例(49.0%),呼吸道症状20例(13.6%),其他症状13例(8.8%);147例不良反应症状中,129例(87.8%)症状与输血肯定相关、12例(8.2%)可能与输血相关,6例(4.1%)可能与输血不相关;123例不良反应中60例(48.8%)为轻度反应,58例(47.1%)为中重度反应,5例(4.1%)为致命性反应。结论:我院输血不良反应主要为急性输血反应;大部分科室医护人员对输血不良反应的识别较准确,部分上报不良反应可能与输血不相关;输血不良反应用药还尚需进一步规范化;医护人员对输血反应识别较准确、处理及时,无输血不良反应相关死亡。
