Analysis of causes of acute hemolytic transfusion reaction in plasma cell leukemia patients and discussion of treatment plan

Abstract: To investigate the causes of hemolytic transfusion reaction in patients with primary plasma cell leukemia and formulate effective treatment.Irregular antibody screening was performed on the blood of a patient with plasma cell leukemia who had acute hemolytic transfusion reaction.Irregular antibody screening was negative and Coomb’s test was positive.Acute hemolytic transfusion reaction occurred after the patients were injected with red blood cells twice before and after.According to the analysis,the causes of hemolytic reaction of the patients were various factors.The patient was successfully treated after delayed transfusion and acute hemolytic transfusion reaction.For patients with hemolytic transfusion reaction,while improving the blood transfusion related serological examination,the correct treatment scheme should be given in combination with the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of patients to ensure the safety of patients.
