不同人群HLA、HNA抗体检出情况分析

Analysis of HLA antibodies and HNA antibodies among different population

  • 目的:探讨多次输血者,TRALI疑似患者,正常献血者等三类人群机体内与免疫性TRALI相关的HLA抗体和HNA抗体种类及其水平的概况。方法:利用HLA和HNA检测试剂盒对100例三组人群进行HLA抗体和HNA抗体检测以及特异性的鉴定。结果:多次输血者中检出HLAⅠ类抗体24例(72.73%),检出HLAⅡ类抗体21例(63.64%);TRALI疑似患者检出HLAⅠ类抗体7例(15.56%),检出HLAⅡ类抗体12例(26.67%);正常献血者检出HLAⅠ类抗体4例(18.18%),检出HLAⅡ类抗体2例(9.09%)。三类人群共检出有HNA抗体的标本20例,其中多次输血者11例(33.33%),TRALI疑似患者检出HNA抗体7例(15.55%),正常献血者检出HNA抗体2例(9.10%)。结论:在多次输血者中HLA抗体和HNA抗体发生率最高,其次是TRALI疑似患者,正常献血者最低。因而在临床实践中,需重视对多次输血者和TRALI (疑似)患者HLA抗体和HNA抗体的筛查工作,从而保障用血安全。
