Thomsen-Friedenreich activation of erythrocytes in infants leads to cross-matching incompatibility

  • 检测和分析交叉配型中继发性侧向错配患儿的血清学样本。采用ABO、RhD血型鉴定、Coombs试验、交叉配型,新生儿血浆和多发性凝集红细胞特异性试验。结果发现儿童红细胞与新生儿血浆不凝集,但AB型血浆和成人花生凝集素发生凝集。提示儿童红细胞T抗原活化导致交叉配型亚侧错配。
