Platelet rich plasma prepared with blood bag in treating alopecia areata: a case report

摘要: 血袋法制备富血小板血浆(PRP)用于斑秃患者治疗,并对其制备过程、质量控制及疗效进行探讨。采集300 mL全血梯度密度离心制备PRP,并检测血小板计数、细菌培养、生长因子浓度检测。对患者进行斑秃皮损处注射治疗,3个月后评估疗效。制备32 mL PRP,血小板浓度为914×109/L,TGF-β1、VEGF、PDGF-BB浓度分别为1 782.16 pg/mL、212.40 pg/mL、11 550.33 pg/mL,细菌培养阴性。治疗1次,3个月后回访,患者疗效为治愈。提示PRP治疗斑秃是一种相对有效和安全的干预措施。血袋法制备PRP全程无菌,且对血液进行了最大程度地回收和利用,避免了过度增加耗材使用和患者负担,可作为将来PRP制备的备选方案之一。Abstract: To discuss the preparation of platelet rich plasma(PRP) with blood bag, and investigate the effect of PRP on hair regrowth in patients with alopecia areata(AA). PRP was prepared from 300 mL whole blood with density gradient centrifugation and PRP was tested for platelet count, bacterical culture, and growth factors. Then PRP was injected into the scalp with 0.05 mL in each point. Thirty-two mL PRP was prepared, platelet count was 914×109/L, bacterical cultures were negative, TGF-β1, VEGF and PDGF-BB was respectively 1 782.16 pg/mL, 212.40 pg/mL and 11 550.33 pg/mL. There was greater hair re-growth after treatment. PRP was safe and promising therapeutic option in AA. To prepare the PRP with blood bag was a safe and economical method.
