血袋法制备富血小板血浆治疗斑秃1例

Platelet rich plasma prepared with blood bag in treating alopecia areata: a case report

  • 血袋法制备富血小板血浆(PRP)用于斑秃患者治疗,并对其制备过程、质量控制及疗效进行探讨。采集300 mL全血梯度密度离心制备PRP,并检测血小板计数、细菌培养、生长因子浓度检测。对患者进行斑秃皮损处注射治疗,3个月后评估疗效。制备32 mL PRP,血小板浓度为914×109/L,TGF-β1、VEGF、PDGF-BB浓度分别为1 782.16 pg/mL、212.40 pg/mL、11 550.33 pg/mL,细菌培养阴性。治疗1次,3个月后回访,患者疗效为治愈。提示PRP治疗斑秃是一种相对有效和安全的干预措施。血袋法制备PRP全程无菌,且对血液进行了最大程度地回收和利用,避免了过度增加耗材使用和患者负担,可作为将来PRP制备的备选方案之一。
