A case of cross-matching incompatibility caused by anti-G combined with anti-D antibody

摘要: 目的 通过对RhD阴性患者血清中不规则抗体的鉴定，为患者临床输血安全提供保障。方法 运用Rh血型抗原分型，细胞筛选及吸收试验对患者的血液标本进行抗体鉴定。结果 通过试验鉴定，患者血清中检出抗-G及抗-D抗体。结论 RhD阴性患者血清中的抗-G抗体导致其与RhD阴性供者配血不合。Abstract: Objective To identify the irregular antibodies in the serum of RhD negative patients so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods Rh blood group antigen typing, cell screening and absorption test were used to identify antibodies in the patients' blood samples.Results Anti-G and anti-D antibodies were detected in the serum of the patients.Conclusion The anti-G antibody in the serum of the RhD-negative patient caused its incompatibility with the RhD-negative donor.
