Levels of vWF in plasma of mutual blood donors

摘要: 目的:通过检测互助献血者血浆中血管性血友病因子(vWF),并与自愿无偿献血者比较,为临床应用互助献血者成分血提供依据。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法检测互助和自愿无偿献血者血浆中vWF含量。结果:互助献血者血浆vWF表达水平为(126.86±55.36)%,自愿无偿献血者血浆中vWF含量为(126.96±35.45)%。结论:互助献血者血浆vWF水平与自愿无偿献血者没有明显差异,符合冷沉淀制备和临床应用的需要。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the Von Willebrand Factor (vWF) in the plasma of mutual blood donors and compare with those of voluntary blood donors, in order to provide evidence for clinical application of mutually donated blood. Method:The concentrations of vWF in plasma of mutual and voluntary donated blood were determined by enzyme linked-immuno-sorbent assay.Result:The levels of vWF in the mutual and voluntary donated blood were (126.86±55.36)% and (126.96±35.45)%, respectively. Conclusion:There was no significantly difference of the levels of vWF between the mutual donated blood and voluntary donated blood. The mutually donated blood was qualified for producing cryoprecipitate and clinical application.
