摘要: 目的：探讨大量用血患者中合理科学用血来节约血液资源。方法：利用发血记录本和军字一号网络信息中心及用血申请单和病例资料，查阅2011-01-2013-05大量输血（红细胞>8 U）患者32例，分析探讨合理用血情况。结果：32例患者中24例使用血浆，3例使用全血，成分输血观念欠缺。5例使用冷沉淀，2例使用血小板，32例无术前自体回输血的使用。结论：血浆使用于扩容比较多，红细胞和血浆的使用比例不合理，全血使用率还是占一定比例，成分输血观念以及自体回输有待加强。Abstract: Objective: To explore the science reasonable use to save the blood in patients with a large number of blood resources. Method:To use blood book and No 1 military network information center, and use apps and case information, consult 32 cases with massive blood transfusion (RBC > 8 U) between January 2011 and May 2011, investigate the reasonable use.Result:Of 32 cases, 24 cases used plasma and 3 cases used whole blood, suggesting lacking of component blood transfusion concept. Five cases used cold precipitation, 2 cases used platelets, and 32 cases without the use of preoperative autologous blood transfusion.Conclusion:Using plasma to expand volume was common, the use of red blood cells and plasma proportion was unreasonable and whole blood utilization rate still occupied a certain proportion, suggesting it remains to be strengthened of the concept of component blood transfusion and autologous blood transfusion.
