Dynamic analysis of Bauman resistance status of nosocomial infection in hospital ICU

摘要: 目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌在医院感染的分布及耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:收集2012-01-12月综合ICU住院患者送检的各类标本进行细菌培养分离,采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATB微生物分析系统及配套鉴定卡进行菌种鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B法,实验方法和判定标准按照CLSI2012规定进行。结果:分离鲍曼不动杆菌87株,对常用抗菌药物均出现较高的耐药率,耐药率最低的是米诺环素(13.8%),其次是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(40.2%)。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌已成为综合ICU医院感染的主要致病菌,感染率和耐药率不断上升,应加强对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的监测,合理选择使用抗菌药物,对ICU 采取有效的控制措施,有效控制耐药菌株在ICU的定植和传播。Abstract: Objective: To understand the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in nosocomial infection and provide the basis for rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Method: Various specimens of ICU inpatients from January to December 2012 in our hospital were bacteriological cultured and isolated, species identification was done using French bioMérieux ATB microbiological analysis system and supporting identification card, and susceptibility testing was done by K-B method. All test methods and standards were in accordance with the provisions CLSI2012.Result: There were 87 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, with a higher resistance rate to commonly used antibiotics. The lowest resistance rate was minocycline (13.8%), followed by cefoperazone/sulbactam (40.2%).Conclusion: Acinetobacter baumannii had become the main pathogen of nosocomial infection in ICU, with the rising of infection and drug resistance rate. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of Acinetobacter baumannii resistance, rational use antibiotics, take effective control measures for ICU and effectively control drug-resistant strains in the ICU.
