One case of anti-E antibody in plasma of pregnant woman

    摘要
  • To examine the possible influence on the newborn by antibody screening and specificity identification of the plasma from pregnant woman.Using the antibody screening test to determine whether there was irregular antibody exist in plasma of the patient;makropanel 16 was used to determine the specificity of the antibody.We found IgM anti-E in the plasma of the patient,with IgM titer was 1:2.After immune stimulation,the patient generated IgM anti-E.The antibody could not through the placenta and without any harm to the newborn.
