The discovery of para-bombay phenotype by ABO forward and reverse typing unconformity

摘要: 目的:研究类孟买血型的鉴定。方法:用血型血清学、吸收放散试验检测ABH抗原及相应抗体,并进行唾液血型物质检测以及血型基因分型最终鉴定类孟买血型。结果:常规血型血清学未检出B、H抗原、吸收放散试验检出H抗原,利用新生儿红细胞和标准红细胞与患者血清反应结果的对比检出抗H或抗HI,Lewis血型为Le(a-b+),唾液中检出B、H血型物质从而鉴定该患者血型为Bmh,和该例患者血型基因分型结果一致。结论:规范疑难血型的鉴定是发现稀有血型和保证安全输血的必要条件。Abstract: Objective:To study the identification of para-Bombay phenotype.Method:The ABH antigens and corresponding antibodies were detected by blood group serology as well as absorption and dispersion test.The para-Bombay phenotype was finally identified by carrying out saliva blood group material detection and blood type genotyping.Result:B and H antigens were not detected in conventional blood genegroup serology,and H antigen was detected by absorption and dispersion test.Anti H or HI were detected by comparing the result of neonatal red blood cells responding with patient serum and that of standard red blood cells responding with patient serum.Lewis'blood type is Le(a-b+),and B and H blood type material were detected in his saliva so that the blood type of the patient was identified as Bmh,the same as the blood type genotyping result of the patient.Conclusion:It is necessary to regulate the identification of difficult blood types for finding rare blood types and ensuring safe blood transfusion.
