The application of problem-based learning in clinical blood transfusion teaching

  • 目的:评估基于问题学习(PBL)教学理念在临床输血教学中的应用。方法:研究对象为武汉大学2011和2012级检验系30名本科生。选取2012级学生作为试验组,运用PBL教学方式;2011级学生作为对照组,运用传统授课为基础(LBL)教学方式。其中,试验组学生17名,对照组13名。课程结束后,运用问卷调查和理论考试相结合的方式对应用效果进行综合评价。结果:试验组理论考试平均(88.6±9.8)分,对照组平均(77.4±10.1)分。试验组相比对照组,问卷调查得到的好评率、学生考试成绩均显著增加。结论:在临床输血教学中,PBL教学法取得了不错的效果,获得了广大师生的好评,在激发学生自主学习的热情,将基础知识用于临床实践等方面具有明显的优势,值得发展和推广。
