摘要: 目的:分析抗S联合抗Wra的抗体鉴定过程并探讨该2种抗体的临床意义。方法:采用血型血清学方法进行相关试验,并用国产谱细胞及多批号进口谱细胞进行抗体鉴定。结果:发现该患者血浆中存在抗S抗体及抗Wra抗体,采用S抗原阴性的红细胞与其进行交叉配血,配血相合。患者输注后无输血不良反应,Hb得到有效提升。结论:患者存在抗S,抗Wra 2种低频抗体,随机配血的相合率较高,紧急输血时可以直接输注相合的血,但条件允许时应进一步做抗体鉴定,以保证输血安全。Abstract: Objective: To analyze the identification process of anti-S combined with anti-WRA antibodies and discuss the clinical significance of the two antibodies.Methods: Blood group serology was used to carry out the relevant tests, and the antibody was identified by domestic and multi-batch imported spectrum cells.Results: Anti-S antibody and anti-WRA antibody were found in the plasma of the patient. The red blood cells with negative S antigen were used for cross matching and matching. After infusion, the patient had no adverse events of blood transfusion and Hb was effectively improved.Conclusion: The patients had two low-frequency antibodies, anti-S and anti-WRA, with a high coincidence rate of random blood matching. In the case of emergency transfusion, the matched blood could be directly injected, but further antibody identification should be performed when conditions permit to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
