  • 目的:探讨JAG1蛋白联合长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)肺癌相关转录本1(lucat1)检测对结直肠癌患者疗效的判定及影响患者生存率的危险因素。方法:选取2013年3月—2016年10月确诊的120例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象(观察组),另选取同期健康体检人群120例(对照组),运用酶联免疫法和实时荧光定量PCR方法分别对2组的JAG1、lncRNA lucat1水平进行检测,比较不同治疗效果(客观有效组和客观无效组)以及预后(生存组和死亡组)患者的JAG1、lncRNA lucat1水平之间的差异,分析不良预后的危险因素。结果:观察组JAG1、lncRNA lucat1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);客观有效组JAG1、lncRNA lucat1水平显著低于客观无效组(P<0.05);生存组JAG1、lncRNA lucat1水平显著低于死亡组(P<0.05);患者的年龄、病程、侵袭深度、临床分型以及DUKE分期均为不良预后的独立危险因素。结论:JAG1联合lncRNA lucat1检测对于结直肠癌患者的疗效的判定以及生存情况具有显著的预测价值。
