Analysis of resistance to coagulase-negative staphylococci separated from sputum culture of elderly patients

摘要: 目的:了解老年患者肺部感染凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的分布和耐药情况,指导临床合理选择抗生素。方法:对2010-01-2011-12临床分离菌,采用合肥恒星HX-21型微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析,纸片扩散法(K-B法)对药敏试验进行补充。结果:300株CNS检出耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)221株(73.7%)。药敏结果显示MRCNS的耐药率显著高于甲氧西林敏感凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MSCNS),未检出对万古霉素耐药的CNS菌株。结论:MRCNS的高检出率及多重耐药性逐年增高,给临床治疗及控制医院感染造成极大压力。万古霉素可作为多重耐药CNS感染治疗的首选抗生素。

Abstract: Objective: To understand distribution and resistance to coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS)of elderly patients with lung infection to guide clinical choice of antibiotics.Method: Clinical stains were isolated from January 2010 to December 2011,bacterial identification and susceptibility analysis were done using Hefei star HX-21 Microbial analyzer,and the disk diffusion method (KB method) was used as susceptibility testing supplement.Result: From 300 CNS 221 strains were identified as methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci (MRCNS)(73.7%).Susceptibility results showed that the resistance rate of MRCNS was significantly higher than methicillin-sensitive methicillin coagulase-negative staphylococci (MSCNS).CNS strains resistant to vancomycin were not detected.Conclusion: The MRCNS detection rate is high and multi-drug resistant is increasing year by year,causing great pressure to the clinical treatment and control of hospital infection.Vancomycin could be used as first-choice antibiotics for multi-drug resistant CNS infection.-
