Effect of plateletpheresis on peripheral blood platelet volume parameters of blood donors

摘要: 目的：探讨献血者外周血小板体积指标对机采血小板质量的影响，并探讨适宜标准筛选献血者。方法：收集194名献血者的献血前外周血小板体积指标（包括血小板平均体积、血小板体积分布宽度、大血小板比率），与机采血小板收集量进行单因素相关分析，并对献血者采集前后相应指标作配对比较。结果：献血者的采前外周血小板平均体积、体积分布宽度和大血小板比率均与血小板收集量呈负相关关系，且有统计学意义，是筛选机采血小板献血者的重要指标。Abstract: Objective: To discuss the influence of blood donor's peripheral blood platelet volume parameters on the quality of plateletpheresis product,and discuss an appropriate standard for selecting plateletpheresis donors.Method: The peripheral blood platelet volume parameters of 194 blood donors were collected before donation,including mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR),and analyzed with the quantity of plateletpheresis product using single factor analysis and the data of before and after donation were analyzed using paired comparison.Result: The pre-donation peripheral MPV,PDW and P-LCR were negatively correlated with platelet quantity(P<0.01),which were the most important indexes of plateletpheresis donors.
