Study of the phenotype of distribution in the Rh-D negative blood donors of Liuzhou

摘要: 目的:为了了解柳州地区Rh阴性无偿献血的情况,确保临床输血安全。方法:通过直接抗球蛋白试验和间接抗球蛋白试验,分别检测无偿献血者红细胞上有无D抗原,利用吸收放散试验检测Rh阴性无偿献血者弱Del型,用IgM抗-E、抗-e、抗-C、抗-c 分型血清分别检测Rh(D)阴性者红细胞的Rh表型。结果:抗-D血清检测阴性的无偿献血者中仍能检出44例Del型,占Rh(D)阴性无偿献血人群的18.03%。200例Rh阴性无偿献血者中ccdee的表型频率为63%、Ccdee的表型频率为26%、CCdee的表型频率为5.50%;ccdEe的表型频率为4.50%,ccdEE的表型频率为1%。结论:排除Rh阴性无偿献血中的Del型,并对Rh阴性个体开展C、c、E、e抗原筛查工作,建立完整的Rh阴性无偿献血者资料库,确保临床用血安全。Abstract: Objective:TO study the RhD negative Voluntary blood donation status in Liuzhou,To ensure the safety of transfusion.Method: The D antigen was detected by direct antiglobulin test and indirect antiglobulin test from the blood donors,Weak Del phenotype were identified by absorption and elution method among the RhD negative blood donors,the E,e,C,c antigens were detected by using IgM anti-E,anti-e,anti-C,anti-c reagent using direct antiglobulin technique. Result:Among 244 the RhD negative samples,there are 44 Del samples were found using adsorption and elution methods,and the positive rate was 18.03%(44/244).The frequency of ccdee was 63%,Ccdee was 26%,CCdee was 5.50%,ccdEe was 4.50% and ccdEE was 1% from 200 the RhD negative donors. Conclusion:Exclude the RhD negative blood donation of Del type,and the RhD negative individuals the C,c,E,e ,et al antigens screening,the establishment of a complete RhD negative voluntary blood donors database,ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
