摘要: 目的:应用第4代艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测试剂进行血液HIV筛查,并对其进行评价。方法:分别用第3代和第4代HIV检测试剂对血液标本进行检测。从2010年3月开始对所有血液标本增加核酸检测,有反应性标本送疾控中心进行免疫印迹法确认。结果:检测31 257份无偿献血标本及25份室间质评标本。第3代试剂检出26例阳性标本,第4代试剂检出13例阳性标本,经WB确认4例为HIV抗体阳性,2种试剂的灵敏度均为100%,特异性分别99.93%(第3代)和99.97%(第4代)。对于25份室间质评标本,2种试剂检测结果均完全符合。有1例HIV感染"窗口期"标本,1周后跟踪检测,第4代试剂检测呈阳性,而第3代试剂仍为阴性。结论:第4代HIV检测试剂的特异性高于第3代试剂,一定程度上可以检出"窗口期"感染的HIV病例。
