摘要: 目的：分析河北省血液中心2008-2012年临床供血的动态变化及血型比例构成，探讨临床用血的规律。方法：对2008-2012年河北省血液中心各种血液发放汇总情况进行分析总结。结果：成分输血逐年提高，各种成分血的使用结构发生着改变，冷沉淀的用量逐年上升明显。洗涤红细胞和Rh（D）阴性血液用量逐年提高，临床输血更加安全、科学、合理。本中心供血范围内各血型比例稳定：B（34.26%），O（30.62%），A（25.31%），AB（9.81%）。B>O>A>AB。结论：临床用血量逐年增加，应根据临床供血的特点，制定血液的采集、制备计划，保障临床供血。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the dynamic changes and the composition types of the clinical blood supply in Blood Center of Hebei Province from 2008 to 2012,and discuss on the regularity of blood for clinical use.Method: The issuing types of Blood Center of Hebei Province from 2008 to 2012 were analyed and summarized.Result: Blood component transfusion rate increased year by year.The using structural of blood components had been changing.The account of cryoprecipitate rose significantly,and washed red blood cell and Rh(D) negative blood increased too.The clinical blood transfusion was more safety,scientific and reasonable.The proportion of blood was stable in Blood Center of Hebei Province:B(34.26%),O(30.62%),A(25.31%),AB(9.81%),B>O>A>AB.Conclusion: As the clinical requirement of blood volume increased year by year,we should draw up a plan for blood collection and preparation to ensure the clinical blood supply according to it's characteristics.
