摘要

摘要: 目的:评估美国罗马琳达大学医学院临床实验室镜检筛选方法,为各医院血片复检提供多一种切实可行的途径。方法:使用BC-5800血细胞分析仪,结合标本分析值并参照美国罗马琳达大学医学院临床实验室镜检标本筛选方法,将2 000例标本分成4组,测得的结果分别与镜检结果作比较。结果:A组标本分析仪和镜检均未见形态学异常共有1 440例,分类结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组镜检阳性率48.6%,C组镜检阳性率23.3%,D组镜检阳性率83.6%,3组分析仪与镜检结果差异无统计学意义。结论:用规定的镜检筛选条件筛选后,复检率为29.5%,假阴性率2.1%,符合国际血液学复检专家组关于假阴性率小5%的规定,为日常血片标本的复检提供多一种较好的途径。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the clinical laboratory microscopic examination screening method of Medicine School of America Rome Linda University, and to provide a more practical way of blood piece review. Method:Using the BC-5800 blood cell analyzer,2000 cases of specimens were divided into A, B, C, D four groups according to clinical laboratory specimens screening method of Medicine School of America Rome Linda University combined with the specimen analysis and microscopic examination, and measured results were compared with the results of microscopic examination.Result:There were 1440 cases without specimen analyzer and microscopy morphology abnormality in group A, and the classification results there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The positive rates of microscopic examination of group B, C and D were 48.6%, 9.4% and 83.6%, and there had no significant difference between analyzer and microscopy results in group B, C and D. Conclusion:After screening with the provisions of microscopic examination, the re-inspection rate was 29.5% and false negative rate was 2.1%, which were both in line with international hematology review panel on the provision of false negative rate less than 5%, so it could be better way for blood specimen re-inspection daily.
