摘要: 目的:探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化患者外周血细胞参数的变化及意义。方法:选取健康体检者212例(NC组),慢性乙型肝炎患者152例(CHB组),以及乙型肝炎肝硬化患者224例(LC组),采用XE-2100血细胞分析仪进行外周血常规分析。结果:LC组中性粒细胞和单核细胞的百分比显著高于其他2组,而淋巴细胞显著降低;3组间RBC、Hb和HCT依次降低,而RDW依次增高;3组间PLT和PCT依次降低,LC组MPV、PDW和P-LCR高于NC组但低于CHB组。结论:乙型肝炎肝硬化患者三系血细胞参数均发生改变,且与病程相关。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of peripheral blood cell parameters in patients with HBV hepatitis cirrhosis.Method:A total of 212 healthy individuals served as normal controls (NC group), 152 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB group), and 224 patients with liver cirrhosis (LC group)were retrospctively enrolled in this study, and all the subjects were performed routine blood cell tests by using the XE-2100 hematology analyzer. Result:The proportion of NE and MO among LC patients was significantly increased than those in other groups, while LY (%) decreased significantly. RBC, Hb and HCT of these three groups were decreased in order, however, RDW showed the reverse trend. PLT and PCT were also found a descending order among the three groups, and MPV, PDW and P-LCR in the LC group was higher than those in the NC group but lower than those in the CHB group. Conclusion:Significant changes of all three lines blood cell parameters were observed among patients with HBV hepatitis cirrhosis, which might be associated with the course of disease.
