Study on TIM4 expression levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with eczema and rheumatoid arthritis

摘要: 目的: 研究TIM4在湿疹和类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者外周血单核细胞的表达水平。方法: 采用流式细胞技术分别检测30例健康体检者、30例湿疹患者、30例RA患者及30例IgE升高患者TIM4阳性细胞占外周血单核细胞的比例,检测各组嗜酸性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞占白细胞的比例并对其与TIM4水平的相关性进行分析。结果: 与对照组相比,湿疹患者组,RA患者组的TIM4阳性细胞占外周血单核细胞比例均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IgE升高组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,湿疹患者组的嗜酸性粒细胞比例显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而RA患者组、IgE升高患者组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。各组TIM4比例与嗜酸性粒细胞比例相关性分析中,只有对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。各组TIM4与单核细胞、TIM4与淋巴细胞差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。另RA组的TIM4比例与患者年龄相关(P<0.05),其他各组均无相关性。结论: TIM4在湿疹、RA患者外周血单核细胞表达水平较正常升高,提示TIM4与这类疾病存在相关性。Abstract: Objective: Study on the TIM4 expression levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with eczema and rheumatoid arthritis. Method: The TIM4 positive cells proportion of the peripheral blood mononuclear were detected using the flow cytometry technique to in thirty healthy people, thirty patients with eczema, thirty patients with rheumatoid arthritis and thirty patients with elevated IgE. Eosinophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes accounted for the proportion of white blood cells were tested, and their correlation with TIM4 level were analyzed. Result: Compared with healthy controls, the TIM4 positive cell percentage of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the patients with eczema and patients with RA were significantly increased. The difference had statistically significance (P<0.05), but the group of elevated IgE had no statistically difference (P>0.05).Compared with healthy controls, the proportion of eosinophils were significantly increased in the group of patients with eczema. The difference had statistically significance (P<0.05), but the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and patients of elevated IgE had no statistically difference (P>0.05). Each TIM4 and monocytes, TIM4 and lymphocyte were no significant correlation (P>0.05). In addition, the TIM4 proportion of the rheumatoid arthritis group was associated with the age of the patient (P>0.05). Other groups had no correlation. Conclusion: Compared to the healthy ones, TIM4 expression levels in patients with eczema and RA significantly increased. TIM4 would has relation with disease such as eczema and rheumatoid arthritis.
