Difference analysis of microelement detection results between different blood sampling sites and action time

  • 目的:探讨手指血和静脉血微量元素检测结果的差异程度和静脉血样本与试剂作用不同时间对微量元素检测结果的影响。方法:同时采集儿保中心100例体检患儿的手指末梢血和静脉全血。100例手指末梢血加入专用试剂混匀后放置30 min为A组,100例静脉血加入专用试剂混匀后分别放置30 min、60 min、120 min、180 min、240 min为B、C、D、E、F组;使用TC-3010D全自动微量元素分析仪对各组样本进行铅、铜、镉、锌、铁、钙、镁、锰8种元素的含量检测,并对结果进行比较分析(镉元素的检测结果分为<0.06 μmol/L和>0.06 μmol/L,无具体检测数值,因此本实验未对此元素结果进行统计分析)。结果:手指血和静脉血(A组和B组)的铜、锌、铁、钙、镁、锰元素检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),铅元素结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静脉血与试剂不同作用时间的铅、铜、铁、锌、钙、镁、锰元素检测结果没有显著性变化(P>0.05),铁元素在作用60 min和120 min的检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),但与其他几个作用时间点检测结果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,作用时间与铁元素检测结果存在较强的正相关关系,(r=0.622,P<0.01);采血部位与铅元素检测结果存在弱正相关关系(r=0.166,P<0.05)。结论:最好采集静脉血进行微量元素检测,若使用手指血检测出现铅元素结果偏高时,必须抽取静脉血复检;建议血样在加入到专用试剂后,在1~2 h内完成检测。
