Detection of thrombin-antithrombin complex, von willebrand factor and D-dimer in patients with acute leukemia and its clinical value

摘要: 目的:探讨急性白血病患者凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、D二聚体(D-D)凝血激活分子检测的临床价值。方法:以2017-06-2018-06收治的64例急性白血病患者为试验组,以同期接收的64例健康体检者为对照组,采用双抗体免疫酶联反应体系检测TAT,以全自动血凝仪检测vWF、D-D,对比分析2组情况。结果:试验组TAT(43.58±6.63)ng/ml,vWF(196.87±7.86)%,D-D(543.28±15.68)ng/ml,分别较对照组的TAT(2.76±1.22)ng/ml、vWF(67.26±4.32)%、D-D(42.02±3.24)ng/ml升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组2级出血患者TAT、vWF、D-D水平较1级、0级患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者TAT、vWF、D-D水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:检测急性白血病患者TAT、vWF、D-D水平可为疾病诊断与治疗提供一定依据。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the clinical value of detection the thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT), von willebrand factor(vWF) and D-dimer(D-D) in the patients with acute leukemia.Method: A total of 64 patients with acute leukemia were randomly selected in our hospital during June 2017 to June 2018 as the experimental group, and 64 cases of physical examination received in our hospital during the same period were the control group.TAT was detected by double antibody immunoenzyme reaction system, vWF and D-D were detected by automatic blood coagulation instrument, and the results of detection were compared between these two groups.Result: In the experimental group, the level of TAT, vWF and D-D was(43.58±6.63) ng/ml, (196.87±7.86)% and(543.28±15.68) ng/ml respectively, which were higher than those of the control group[(2.76±1.22) ng/ml, (67.26±4.32)% and(42.02±3.24) ng/ml, respectively], with statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TAT, vWF and D-D in the acute leukemia patients with second-degree bleeding in the experimental group were higher than those of the first-degree patients and zero-degree patients, with statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of TAT, vWF and D-D in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The levels of TAT, vWF and D-D in patients with acute leukemia can provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.-
