Application of allocation mechanism in red blood cell inventory management in blood center

摘要: 目的:建立血液调配机制,探讨其在血站红细胞类库存管理中的应用,为做好血站库存管理总结经验。方法:建立血液调配机制,通过BMIS信息管理系统统计建立血液调配机制前(2008—2013年)后(2014—2018年)发血量及血液调配情况,以及发放红细胞的库存天数并进行统计分析。结果:①调配机制建立前后的调剂量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调配机制建立前后的调剂次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②机制建立前发放血液平均库存天数为9 d,而建立后为7 d。③调配机制建立前后的调出市站量和调入市站量比较,差异有统计学意义,2013年之前市站调出多于调入,而在2014年后以调入为主。结论:血液调配机制有效运行,为保障我站大库存管理起到了促进作用,但仍有其局限性,需要进一步改进。Abstract: Objective:To establish a blood allocation mechanism and discuss its application in the management of red blood cell inventory in blood station,so as to summarize the experience and methods for the management of red blood cell inventory in blood station.Method:We established the blood allocation mechanism and statistically analyzed the amount of blood and blood allocation in two periods before and after the establishment of the blood allocation mechanism(2008-2013)through BMIS information management system.Result:①There was significant difference in dosage before and after the establishment of allocation mechanism(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the number of dispensing times before and after the establishment of dispensing mechanism(P<0.05).②The average days of issuing blood stock before the establishment of the mechanism were 9 days,and 7 days after the establishment of the mechanism.③There were significant statistical differences in the number of outbound and inbound station before and after the establishment of the allocation mechanism.Before 2013,outbound station red blood cells are more than inbound stations,and after 2014,inbound stations red blood cells are the main ones.Conclusion:The effective operation of blood allocation mechanism has played a promoting role in ensuring the large inventory management in our station,but it still has its limitations and needs further improvement.
