Analysis the relationship of Factor V,APCR,and Hcy in acute myocardial infarction patients

摘要: 目的:研究心肌梗死患者活化蛋白C 抵抗(APCR)和凝血因子Ⅴ基因3种多态性及高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hcy)的关系。方法:心肌梗死患者和正常对照血浆中APCR检测采用APTT为基础的凝固法,Hcy检测采用微循环酶法,并用限制性内切酶片段多态性方法测定FⅤ G1691-A、G1091-C、A1090-G等3种基因多态性的发生情况。结果:心肌梗死患者APCR阳性占16.25%,Hcy阳性占57.12%,1例维吾尔族患者患者3种基因多态性阳性。结论:心肌梗死患者Hcy阳性率明显高于正常对照。Hcy可能是引起心肌梗死患者脑血栓形成的重要原因之一。心肌梗死患者存在APCR现象,维吾尔族人可能和凝血因子Ⅴ基因3种多态性有关。Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relationship of gene polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅴ with activated protein C-resistance(APCR)and Hyperhomocysteinemi(Hcy)in acute myocardial infarction patients. Method:APCR,Hcy,and FⅤ G1691-A,G1091-C,A1090-G gene polymorphism were assayed in 80 acute myocardial infarction patients and 100 normal subjects. Result:Positive rate of APCR and Hcy in patients with acute myocardial infarction was 16.25%, 57.12% respectively.There was one patients having 3 types of FⅤ gene mutation.Conclusion:There were especially high positive Hcy rate and Hcy may be one of the important causes of thrombosis in patient with acute myocardial infarction. APCR phenomenon existed in acute myocardial infarction patients of Uyghur,it may have relation with factor Ⅴ gene mutation.
