Analysis of HIV detection results in voluntary blood donors of Zhaotong city

摘要: 目的：了解昭通市无偿献血人群HIV感染特征及感染模式。方法：对80 006名无偿献血者检测抗-HIV、HBsAg、抗-HCV和抗-TP。结果：昭通市献血人群HIV感染率为0.044%，男性高于女性；感染年龄集中在20~40岁青壮年人群，职业分布主要为自由职业者，地域分布主要在城乡结合处；在35名HIV阳性无偿献血者中，HIV与HCV重叠感染有2 例，HIV与TP重叠感染有4 例，HIV与HCV、TP重叠感染有2例。结论：昭通市无偿献血人群HIV感染率高于国内大多数省市，应加强无偿献血宣传教育和提高血液检测能力，引进先进技术，保障临床输血安全。Abstract: Objective: To explore the characteristics and patterns of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors of Zhaotong City.Method: Anti-HIV,HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-TP of 80 006 voluntary blood donors were detected.Result: Among voluntary blood donors of Zhaotong City,HIV infection rate was 0.044%,and it was higher in men and lower in women.The age range of infection people was 20 to 40 years old,most of the infection people were freelancers,and the geographical distribution of the infection people was main in rural-urban continuum.There were two cases of HIV and HCV co-infection,four cases of HIV and TP co-infection and two cases of HIV,HCV and TP co-infection in 35 HIV-positive voluntary blood donors.Conclusion: The HIV infection rate among voluntary blood donors of Zhaotong City was higher than that of most domestic provinces and cities.It should strengthen the publicity and education of voluntary blood donation,improve the ability of blood tests,and introduce the advanced technology to guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
