Expression patterns of HLA-G mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy adult

摘要: 目的:探讨健康成年人外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)HLA-G mRNA的表达水平与性别和年龄的相关性,以期为研究PBMCs HLA-G的功能提供相关信息。方法:分离健康成年人PBMCs并提取总RNA,应用实时定量PCR方法,比较不同性别和不同年龄段健康成年人PBMCs HLA-G mRNA的表达情况。结果:健康女性PBMCs HLA-G mRNA的表达水平高于男性(男:0.049 2,女:0.083 7,P=0.018 0),并且41~50岁年龄段女性HLA-G mRNA的表达水平高于31~40岁年龄段(31~40岁:0.039 3,41~50岁:0.1522,P=0.001 0)。结论:健康成年人PBMCs HLA-G mRNA的表达水平与性别有关,且健康女性HLA-G mRNA的表达水平与年龄有关。Abstract: Objective:To provide the information for future research into the function of HLA-G,and explore the relationship between expression patterns of HLA-G mRNA in PBMCs from healthy adult and gender and age.Method:PBMCs were separated from peripheral blood of healthy adults,and the total RNA was extracted.Expression patterns of HLA-G mRNA between different genders and different ages were determined by quantitative real-time-PCR.Result:The expression levels of HLA-G mRNA in PBMCs of healthy women were higher than that of men(men:0.049 2,women:0.083 7,P=0.018 0).And the expression levels of HLA-G mRNA of women ages of 41-50 were higher than that of 31-40(31-40:0.039 3,41-50:0.152 2,P=0.001 0).Conclusion:The expression level of HLA-G mRNA in PBMCs of healthy adults was related to gender,and the expression level of HLA-G mRNA in healthy women was related to age.
