Abstract: By observing the clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,imaging data,intraoperative findings and pathological examination of an extramedullary hematopoiesis patient manifested as presacral space occupying,the clinical characteristics of extramedullary hematopoiesis were mastered.The case report will be beneficial to judge the patients with the same clinical manifestation quickly and accurately in the future work.
