摘要: 目的:了解乌鲁木齐地区汉族与维吾尔族无偿献血者Rh阴性表现型的差异,为临床Rh阴性患者筛选相合血液提供数据。方法:采用4个批号抗-D鉴定Rh阴性,用Rh分型试剂血清分别检测Rh阴性献血者红细胞的Rh表型。结果:Rh阴性者共1 396例,其中汉族705例,ccdee的表型频率为60.28%、Ccdee的表型频率为24.97%、ccdEe的表型为5.68%、CcdEe的表型为4.82%、CCdee的表型频率为3.26%、CCdEe的表型频率为0.57%、ccdEE的表型频率为0.28%、CcdEE的表型频率为0.14%;维吾尔族691例,ccdee的表型频率为86.11%、Ccdee的表型频率为10.13%、ccdEe的表型频率为2.60%、CcdEe的表型频率为0.87%、CCdee的表型频率为0.29%。结论:汉族Rh阴性C和E抗原频率明显高于维吾尔族。为临床安全输血提供资料,已经建立完整的Rh阴性献血者资料库。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diversity of Rh negative phenotype among Han Chinese and Uyghur blood donor volunteers in Urumqi city to provide data to select consistent blood type for clinical patients with blood type of Rh negative.Method: Rh negative was identified by anti-D with four batch numbers,and erythrocyte Rh phenotype in Rh negative blood donors was detected by Rh typing reagent serum.Result: There were a total of 1 396 cases.Among 705 Han-Chinese cases,phenotype frequency of ccdee,ccdEe,CcdEe,CCdee,CCdEe,ccdEE and CcdEE was 60.28%,5.68%,4.82%,3.26%,0.57%,0.28% and 0.14%,respectively.Among 691 Uyghur cases,phenotype frequency of ccdee,Ccdee,ccdEe,CcdEe and CCdee was 86.11%,10.13%,2.60%,0.87% and 0.29%,respectively.Conclusion: Rh negative C and E antigen frequencies of Han-Chinese were significantly higher than those of the Uyghurs.In order to provide information for clinical safety of blood transfusion,a complete database of Rh-negative blood donors had been created.
