Evaluation of experimental effect of hemovigilance under different environmental conditions

摘要: 目的 通过持续开展血液安全监测,分析存在的问题及原因,为医疗机构提供整改建议,以提高血液安全和合理用血水平。方法 通过对多家医院进行血液安全监测检查,发现了一些共性问题,包括设施和环境条件、人员配置、实验室设备、试剂和耗材、检验前后过程的质量控制等方面。针对这些问题,提出了具体的整改建议。结果 通过对问题进行整改和完善,各医疗机构在血液安全监测方面取得了显著进步,血液安全和合理用血水平得到了提高。在临床用血管理、自体输血、输血病历评价等方面均取得了较好的成果。结论 持续开展血液安全监测有助于提高医疗机构血液安全水平,提升合理用血水平,保障患者生命安全,提高医疗质量。这对于推动我国血液安全监测工作的发展具有重要意义。Abstract: Objective To provide corrective suggestions for medical institutions by continuously carrying out hemovigilance (HV), analyzing existing issues, and identifying their causes, and improve blood safety and rational blood use.Methods This study conducted HV inspections in multiple hospitals, identifying common issues including facility and environmental conditions, personnel allocation, laboratory equipment, reagents and consumables, and quality control in pre-and post-analytical processes. Specific corrective suggestions were proposed for these issues.Results After addressing and optimizing these issues, medical institutions achieved significant progress in HV, improving blood safety and rational blood use levels. Better results were achieved in clinical blood use management, autologous transfusion, and transfusion medical record evaluations.Conclusion This study indicated that continuous HV implementation could help enhance blood safety levels in medical institutions, promote rational blood use, safeguard patient safety, and improve medical quality. This might be significant implications for advancing HV work in China.
